Poinsettia Gardens is a gated community of single story manufactured homes and in this community, homeowners own the land. Poinsettia Gardens is beautifully maintained, always neat, groomed and of course, very quiet.

Because Poinsettia Gardens is located on the East End of Ventura, residents enjoy warmer weather than those living closer to the ocean.

The homes you will find in Poinsettia Gardens are all one story, No Stairs! They range in size from the low 1100 sq ft range to some that are a whopping 2064 sq ft.

Most of the homes have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, but there are several with 3 bedrooms.

The utility room or laundry room in these homes are immense. These rooms could easily double as craft rooms as well.

Many of the homes have garages, some 1 car, some 2 cars and others have carports, which usually accommodate 2 cars tandem style.

There is ample guest parking throughout the Community.

The Poinsettia Gardens amenities include a clubhouse, where community activities of all kinds take place, a billiards room, community pool, fitness center and of course, the pond area, which always has a duck family as residents.

This is an Home Owners Association (HOA) and the HOA fee pays for the maintenance of the common areas. The residents of Poinsettia Gardens do manage this HOA on their own.

Poinsettia Gardens does allow for residents to have one dog, however it is advised to check with Poinsettia Gardens for the current pet restrictions rules.

For a nominal fee, the residents of Poinsettia Garden can park their RV's, boats, campers in the gated RV parking lot in the community.

Ventura is a wonderful place to live with its clean air and moderate temperatures.
